Investigate recurring problems in a critical software workflow, such as incorrect calculations, checkout or booking failures, or inconsistent status updates. Receive an evidence-backed PDF report explaining the risks and what your developers should address first. For e-commerce businesses, SaaS companies, and teams operating custom business applications that want a focused review of one important workflow for reliability, maintainability, and release risks. Applications built with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, traditional development, or a mix of both can be assessed. Introductory Price: Starting at $299 USD. Scope and final price are confirmed before work begins. How to get started: Send your application or website link and describe the problem in your own words. A screenshot or short recording is helpful but optional. You do not need to prepare technical documents upfront. I can coordinate the required materials with your developer or agency. If you do not have a developer, tell me how the application was built, if you know. What the assessment covers: One agreed workflow, feature, or component, such as pricing or delivery-fee calculation, checkout, service booking, order processing, or account access. I trace the relevant code across related files and modules, with an architecture overview for context. This is a focused assessment, not a full-repository or whole-application audit. Broader reviews require a separate quotation. Access for the assessment: A codebase review requires authorized access to the relevant source code or an approved code copy. I can coordinate a read-only repository invitation or code handover with your developer. You will not need to share your personal login credentials. Where agreed, a dedicated test account also lets me check the selected workflow and capture relevant screenshots for your confidential report. We confirm the permitted test actions before testing. Remove secrets and unnecessary personal data from shared materials. Confidential source materials will not be shared with third-party AI tools without your approval. What happens next: 1. I review your request and confirm the scope, required access, price, and timeline. 2. We arrange the agreed materials and access, with your developer's help where needed. 3. I map the workflow, review the relevant code using suitable analysis tools and engineering review, and verify significant findings against available code, tests, and other evidence. 4. You receive a PDF assessment report with an architecture overview, evidence-supported findings, limitations, and a prioritized action plan. One clarification round is included. Delivery: Usually 3–5 business days after scope approval and receipt of complete materials. The exact timeline is confirmed before work begins. Assessment only: Code fixes, deployment, comprehensive security or penetration testing, and ongoing monitoring are outside the standard scope. Findings depend on the agreed scope and available evidence. A focused assessment cannot guarantee detection of every defect.
