Identify usability obstacles in checkout, booking, account management, or staff operational workflows through a focused, independent review based on Jakob Nielsen’s 10 usability heuristics. For e-commerce businesses, SaaS companies, and businesses whose customers or staff struggle with forms, unclear status information, validation errors, or recovery steps. Receive annotated findings and practical recommendations on what to improve first. Scope: ONE agreed critical user journey (such as completing checkout, booking a service, tracking an order, or completing a staff operational task), covering up to eight distinct screens or interface states on desktop OR mobile. This is not a full-website or unrestricted application audit. The exact screens, access, complexity, and final price are agreed before work begins. Review process: (1) Agree on the user journey, customer or staff audience, task goals, and device; (2) inspect available screens, user actions, feedback, errors, and recovery states; (3) document reproducible usability concerns and map them to relevant heuristics; (4) assign severity using the standard 0–4 scale and prioritize by likely task impact; (5) deliver a clear PDF assessment with annotated screenshots and recommended improvements. What I need: A working website/app URL or prototype, the user journey to review, intended users and goals, and an authorized demo/test account if access is restricted. Please use non-sensitive test data. Do not provide real passwords, payment details, or production personal information. Any use of confidential material in third-party AI tools requires prior approval. Delivery: Usually 3–5 business days after scope approval and receipt of access and required information. One post-delivery clarification round is included. Assessment only: Expert heuristic evaluation by one reviewer—not live user research, moderated usability testing, a comprehensive accessibility/WCAG audit, visual redesign, code changes, penetration testing, or a guarantee that all usability problems will be identified or that conversion rates will improve.
