Folivo Delivery Fee Reliability Review

A focused assessment of the local delivery-pricing workflow in my own storefront application, using a demo store and customer in development. My role covered defining delivery-fee business rules, directing AI-assisted implementation through Cursor, and manually testing customer and seller journeys. For this review, I compared seller settings, checkout amounts, customer tracking, seller order details, and order API data, supported by targeted AI-assisted source analysis. The assessment followed the original distance-based fee through order creation and a seller adjustment, checking calculation accuracy, total consistency, payment wording, and customer-visible updates. The case study includes the test results, cropped screenshots, findings, recommendations, and scope limitations. Coverage was limited to one development demo order and its fee adjustment. Production behavior, broader pricing boundaries, security, and performance were outside the tested scope; recommendations remain subject to implementation and retesting.
